Our policy is that you own the puzzles that you make with our software. You can use them however you like, even commercially. You can claim copyright in your own name.
Can I install the software on more than one computer?
Yes. We think it is fair to let you install the software on two computers for your personal convenience. For example, a desktop and a laptop, or a home computer and a school/work computer. Former computers that are no longer used don't count against this.
Yes. The mention of our name or website helps us, but we recognize it might be a spoiler for some of our customers. It is therefore not required. You can then erase it or change it so say whatever you want.
For Crossword Weaver, pull down the "Layout & Fonts" menu and select "Credits . . ."

Yes. By far, the best way to seek product support is to use the software's internal way of contacting us. This has the advantage of sending your puzzle along with your question. Often, we are able to alter the puzzle according to your wishes and send it back. It also sends along a little diagnostic info that can help such as which version of Windows you are using and whether or not your computer is running out of memory.
In Crossword Weaver, pull down the Help menu and select "Email us..."
